Data and Insights Analyst - Product Development
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, curious and commercially minded Data and Insights Analyst to join our fast paced Product Development team in London. This is a hands on role for someone who already has industry experience and is ready to step into a position with real ownership, visibility and impact. You will play a key part in gathering, analysing and presenting data that shapes the products we design, build and scale across global markets.
Working closely with product managers, designers, developers and commercial teams, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that influence everyday decisions and long term strategy. You will help us understand product performance, identify customer needs, uncover opportunities for improvement and provide a data led foundation for how we innovate.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in the detail and turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. You will be trusted with important responsibilities from day one, but also supported by a highly collaborative team that values pace, ownership and continuous learning. If you want to deepen your analytics skills while making a direct and measurable impact on products used by millions of customers worldwide, this role offers that opportunity.

· Produce clear, intuitive visualisations and reports that simplify complex information.
· Present insights to technical and non technical stakeholders, helping drive alignment and clarity.
