Operations Manager
Want to join one of the UK’s fastest growing companies?
We’re One Retail Group – a multi-national online retailer, brand owner, and marketplace specialist, recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Since launching our first product in 2013, we’ve grown into a multi-brand business selling thousands of products every day across global marketplaces and our own websites. And we’re not slowing down – with new stores and product ranges launching regularly, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us.
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a dynamic and high-impact role leading global warehouse and logistics operations across multiple 3PL partners, where you'll drive the seamless flow of goods—from port to customer doorstep—while ensuring world-class delivery standards, including Amazon FBA and seller-fulfilled prime. You'll be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with teams across freight, marketplace, and customer care to forecast demand, streamline operations, and elevate the end-to-end customer experience. As a key leader, you'll mentor a high-performing team, champion process improvements, and take charge of critical projects during peak seasons. If you thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and love turning operational challenges into growth opportunities, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real difference.
