Roles & Responsibilities

Crafting a Global Marketing Strategy:
Lead the vision, development, and roll-up your sleeves with the execution of a unified marketing strategy for all brands and regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Driving Iconic Brand Growth:
Build and refine unique brand identities that resonate globally, transforming our portfolio into household names synonymous with quality and innovation.

Owning Performance Marketing:
Oversee ROI-focused digital efforts, from PPC and SEO to email, affiliates, retail media, app, and social media campaigns, optimised to exceed a global sales forecast.

Championing Creativity and Storytelling:
Work closely with our team of designers to produce compelling content and creative campaigns that captivate audiences and drive engagement across every channel. Take the lead in shaping our PR efforts, focusing on increasing brand visibility and building positive public perception as part of our evolving marketing strategy.

Inspiring and Leading a High-Performing Team:
Build and nurture a marketing team of 5, including multiple partner agencies, fostering creativity and empowering them to deliver standout results. Existing departments within the team include CRM, Social Media, Google Advertising, Amazon Advertising and Affiliates.

Harnessing Data to Drive Results:
Define KPIs and leverage advanced analytics to report on and evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and iterate on success.

Enhancing Customer Experiences:
Build strategies to attract, retain, and delight customers, with a focus on CRM and retention initiatives across digital platforms, including our app.

Work hand-in-hand with product, sales, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys that drive engagement and loyalty.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who...
- 7+ years proven Digital Marketing experience, preferably in the consumer goods and electricals industry
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands, including involvement in early-stage brand development through to market recognition.
- A trailblazing leader with a proven record of scaling consumer-facing brands, ideally in home appliances, lifestyle, or retail.
- A visionary thinker who thrives on balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, affiliates, SEO, CRM, and social media, with an ability to optimise for maximum ROI.
- A willingness to expand into offline marketing, including print advertising, PR, direct mail, events and more.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for telling stories that inspire and resonate.
- Data-savvy, with experience using analytics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with diverse teams across regions.
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- A passionate innovator, always staying ahead of industry trends and finding fresh ways to connect with customers.
