We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. As Technical Manager, you will take charge of our existing tech stack while identifying and implementing new digital solutions for our website, marketplaces and smart apps.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has...
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid background in technology management, preferably within the e-Commerce sector.
- Excellent research and evaluation skills to identify and assess emerging technologies.
- Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Business Central) a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation and Stakeholder Management:
- Oversee the successful implementation of new systems and technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and address any obstacles or risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Technical management of existing tech stack:
- Assume the role of technical lead for our existing tech stack, which includes our website and marketplace platforms, order management systems and ERP.
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to explore automations within our Help Desk and improve efficiencies.
- Work closely with the Data team as technical lead to support with the implementation and ongoing management of the ERP.
- Explore API solutions to further connect our growing digital ecosystem.
- Oversee relationships with external developers.
- Technology Roadmap Planning:
- Define and manage the technology roadmap, aligning it with the overall company strategy and goals.
- Identify key objectives and initiatives that will enhance our website, apps, and marketplaces.
- Prioritize technology projects based on their potential impact, resource availability, and market trends.
- Estimate project timelines, resource requirements, and budget considerations.
- Communicate the technology roadmap to stakeholders and gain buy-in from relevant teams.
