Life at One Retail Group
We're fortunate to have an amazing team who have helped us get to where we are now. We've worked hard in the last few months to really understand what it is that we need to do next to reach our goals and who else we need to join us for the journey to make this happen.
Everyone within in our team plays an important role. At 1RG, we hold ourselves accountable, we look to continuously improve and grow, and we acknowledge that we can't achieve anything without sharing the challenge. It's important to us that we maintain our collaborative culture as we grow, in a careful and considered way.
On that note - we're a social bunch who enjoy spending time with each other outside of work. Aside from regular company organised socials and team lunches, there’s often a message inviting people to go for lunch in the park, try a new local spot, as well as after-work drinks or even the occasional salsa class or bouldering session.
